The Programme d’Aide aux Notaires (PAN) consists of a five a person Board of Directors, all private practice or corporate notaries, as well as a coordinator who sees to the ongoing management of the program.

Audrée Sirois

Chairwoman

Me Audrée Sirois has been a notary since 2015. Originally in private practice, she now works with a financial institution where she specializes in estates and trusts. She joined PAN as treasurer in 2018 before being appointed Chairwoman in 2020. With a genuine passion for the notarial profession, she has been continuously involved with the profession as well as teaching future notaries.

Antoine Vaillancourt

Vice-chairman

Me Antoine Vaillancourt is a private practice notary in Laval (Ste-Rose). He has served as a Director of PAN since 2014. A partner in his firm focussing mainly on real estate, and as the father of three children, he is well aware of the challenges of achieving work/life balance and has always prioritized the balance and wellness of his family and workplace colleagues.

Martin Théorêt

Treasurer

Me Martin Théoret is a notary and has been practicing  in Laval since 2011 and has been the treasurer of PAN since 2020. Involved in many causes and undertakings, he feels duty-bound to  « contribute time» to organizations dealing with the wellness of our profession and our society.

Gabrielle Lapicerella

Secretary

Me Gabrielle Lapicerella has been a notary since 2017. After a short time in private practice, she has been with a trust company and specializes in personal property rights, third party asset management and testamentary trusts. She joined PAN in 2020 in order to raise awareness of the organization amongst her colleagues.

Angela Di Benedetto

Director

Me Di Benedetto has been a notary since 2007 and currently has a non traditional practice. She joined the PAN Board of directors in 2020  as secretary and has carried on as a director since then. She is a notary involved and committed not only within her profession but  also with several organizations within her community. She has demonstrated versatility because of her varied skill set.

Imane Bennouna

Coordinator

With a Masters Degree in Marketing from the Université de Toulouse in France, Imane Bennouna began her career with various communications firms in France and in Morocco and she then went on to manage two departments – Marketing-Communications and Export – International Customer Accounts. After emigrating to Quebec with her family, she cumulated experience in the legal and association community through her work with a law firm. She started her business in the natural cosmetics field over 6 years ago and she proudly joined the APNQ and PAN teams in March 2023. Well known for her dynamism, active listening, dedication and capacity to adapt to change, her determination to deal with her projects thoroughly and meticulously make her stand out.
